I’m officially 3 and a half weeks post-op with Dr. Novak, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the very first consult to now, the entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. Going into this, I did my homework and had high expectations, and Dr. Novak exceeded every single one of them. From the moment I met him, I felt completely comfortable. He’s down to earth, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to listen to what you want. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which meant a lot to me. Surgery day went so smoothly. The pre-op nurse was incredible, the anesthesiologist made me feel at ease, and the entire surgical and post-op team were just amazing. You can tell everyone truly cares. Kim, the patient coordinator, made the whole process stress-free, and Hannah at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming and actually remembers who you are! Now being a few weeks into recovery, I’m honestly blown away. My healing was rough for the first week (to be expected) and since has been way easier than I expected, and I am absolutely in LOVE with my results thus far. Dr. Novak truly listened and gave me exactly what I envisioned, if not better. From start to finish, this has been such a positive, personal experience, and I cannot recommend Dr. Novak and his team enough. I’ve already told so many people about them because they deserve all the recognition. HIGHLY recommend Thank you again to Dr. Novak and the entire team, I’m so grateful for everything and cannot wait to continue to follow up with the team and see final results in the months to come.

I recently had a breast augmentation with Dr. Novak a couple weeks ago, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t give he and his staff the accolades they deserve! I truly cannot give enough stars for he and his staff!! The whole experience from consult to post op has been ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! As a nurse practitioner I was extremely particular with my research and expectations when finding a plastic surgeon. As soon as I met Dr. Novak in consult, I knew he was the one! He was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to, BEST bedside manner, informative and knowledgeable. Day of surgery was amazing and such a pleasant experience! The pre op nurse was amazing, anesthesiologist was great. Operative staff and post op nurse were all amazing as well. Kim, patient coordinator, and Hannah at the front desk are amazing as well! From start to finish it was an amazing and personable experience and I TRULY cannot recommend Dr. Novak and his office highly enough!! And the best part— I am in LOVE with my results!!! So glad Dr. Novak listened and truly gave me exactly what I envisioned. He is definitely a highly skilled surgeon and my recovery has been a breeze!!!! The whole staff is amazing!!! The work is top notch, the staff is knowledgeable, courteous and warm. Dr. Mason did some work for me that changed the way I look at my body post kids. Lyndsay is a gem! Always professional, personable and great with feedback about filler and botox and collagen. My skin glows with the BBL treatments by Stephanie, another gem.
