I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care I have received as a patient of Dr Mason for over the past 20 years. In my experience, Dr Mason is one of the finest plastic surgeons in the DFW area. I truly value his attentive nature and the fact that he consistently prioritize my well-being. He always takes the time to listen, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and ensure that I never feel rushed during an appointment. His commitment to providing the highest standard of care is evident in everything he does. While I have occasionally sought treatment elsewhere based on outside recommendations, I have always regretted those decisions and ultimately returned to his practice to achieve the desired results. Dr Masons integrity and professional skills are truly unmatched.
Cannot recommend this place (or these people) highly enough. Jenn at the front desk is a rock star and goes out of her way to assist me with getting my appointments scheduled and finding way to get me in with my busy schedule and on short notice. The only place that actually does let you know when there are cancellations! I also appreciate Lindsay and her expertise SO MUCH. I fully rely on her opinions and guidance when I tell her about my concerns or insecurities. She is so knowledgeable and I always leave there looking like a million bucks. She knows I am newer to the Botox thing and I want to be so careful not to “overdo it” so I still look like me and still look natural and she does it perfect every time!

Stephanie is extremely professional, kind, respectful, and an amazing educator. Thorough in explanation of skin analysis at consult, as well as providing product recommendations to support your skin goals and the education to help you fully understand how & why those particular products will support your goals. The procedures I had performed were BBL to face, neck & chest and Halo to face. She’s worth 10 stars; but that wasn’t an option 🙂
Kelly is absolutely amazing! I love the results of my lip filler and Botox treatments. My husband was skeptical at first, but he said Kelly “knocked it out of the park”!
What can I say, I love going to see Lindsay. I love the Botox but she keeps me coming back with her kindness and joy! She also is so technically good at her job and knows so much!

Dr Mason took the time to make sure i understood the procedure and any questions. His nurses and staff made me feel comfortable and eased any anxiety by answering questions and being available to answer questions via the text line.
Dr. Novak, Kim, Samantha, Emily, and the entire team at Southlake Plastic Surgery are truly outstanding. From the initial consultation through recovery, the level of care and attention has been exceptional. My anesthesiologist with US Anesthesia Partners was incredibly kind and took the time to walk me through the entire process, making sure I felt comfortable and at ease the whole way through. The results of my surgery look fantastic, and what really stood out was the consistent post-op follow-up. They checked in daily by text and phone to make sure I was healing well and feeling comfortable. That kind of attentiveness is rare these days and speaks volumes about their standard of care. I’m incredibly grateful for the entire experience and couldn’t recommend them more highly.
