Everything about Southlake Plastic Surgery is amazing. Dr. Mason is fantastic and his bedside manner is superb. His staff is wonderful, Nicole always greets you with a smile and by name after she meets you. All of his surgery nurses are amazing and make you feel right at home, and his MedSpa staff is also great. They’re super enthusiastic about making sure you get the result you want. Dr. Mason even met me at his office on a holiday weekend when I was worried about infection to examine me and reassure me that everything was normal. Everyone there really takes their time and communicates effectively. There’s a reason why every one of the reviews is a 5 star. They have truly earned it.

WOWZA! I have written a review previously regarding my amazing Halo treatment and also about the very amazing staff here! Well, once again, kudos to Lindsay for giving me the absolute best and most optimal results with my fillers and botox today! Lindsay has the best eye for giving you conservative but VERY stunning results! Let me just get this out there….I have been to “other” aesthetic nurses and even plastic surgeons and hands down, Lindsay is the best of the best of the best! Can’t say it enough. There were areas that were really bothering me and although I had explained the same to the “others”, they truly tried to correct my concerns but unfortunately the results were bare to minimal. However, when I explained the very same concerns to Lindsay, she knew exactly what and how to correct my concerns! I didn’t even know these options were available because they were never offered to me. So, that tells me right there that Lindsay knows her “stuff” and knows it well! The bonus is I didn’t even feel a pinch, nothing! She’s amazing. Again, if you’re looking for great customer service from the front desk, to everyone that works there, and optimal results with your botox and filler and other services they offer ~ you’ve found the one and only place to come!

This is Debby, not Michael by the way. I had Halo laser done yesterday and it was fantastic! From the moment I walked in the door to the Med Spa, I felt very comfortable and at home! The staff is very warm, welcoming, professional, and caring! A huge shout out to Delana as she was the medical aesthetician who preformed the Halo laser on me. Delana was very knowledgeable and explained things in great detail. The icing on the cake was that I received a call from Delana today to check on me to see how I was doing. That right there is unheard of these days and makes a big difference to me! It truly shows how much they really care! I’ll be back for botox and will definitely be using them for all my Med Spa needs in the future!
