I am a returning patient to Southlake Plastic Surgery. Dr. Mason is highly skilled, very experienced, the epitomy of professional, caring and Dr. Mason talks to you in a manner that everything is clear and understandable. Dr. Mason’s bedside manner is remniscent of doctor’s from years gone by when the patient was the most important component. At 55 years old, I can say that I have never experienced a more caring and invested doctor. Dr. Mason’s office, surgical and all other staff are TOP NOTCH. In 2018 and again now in 2024, the staff from your first phone call, is a perfect reflection of Dr. Mason. They are able to comfort you in that first call to the office for help. After speaking with Nicole, you know it is handled and everything is going to be fine. I love Southlake Plastic Surgery and recommend them to anyone I hear that is considering a cosmetic procedure. Every single person you encounter in the practice treats you like you are a VIP. The facilities are beautiful and very conveniently located. I have been a customer of Lindsay’s for 6 years. She does an amazing job ensuring that you and comfortable and get the results you are looking for. She also takes the time to get to know you personally. The office is clean, easy to get an appointment and reasonable prices. I have since relocated to the Northeast but still travel to get treatments from her several times per year. I will be a lifelong customer!
