I cannot speak highly enough of Lindsay! I lost 150 lbs, which dramatically changed the appearance of my face. After a lot of research I decided to come to Lindsay for facial balancing. I love how natural her portfolio looked. Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time with the consultation process while we decided on a game plan. She carefully went over my medical history and medication list to make sure I was a candidate for the treatments I was interested in. She is very thorough and I felt very safe in her hands. She is very transparent with prices and the entire med spa team will work with you to get you the best deal. She is not a sales person, she’s not trying to make a buck off of you. She genuinely cares about making you feel and look your best. You can tell how much Lindsay loves her job, it shows in her patient care. I am absolutely obsessed with my facial balancing results.. I mean truly life changing. Lindsay is extremely skilled and I am so glad I decided to come to her! I will continue to do so.I appreciate the entire med spa team, everything was fantastic from start to finish. In hopes of helping other women & men, feel CONFIDENT in their choice of surgeon for their procedure… I’m happily posting an honest review, of my surgical consult & 1st meeting of Dr. Mat Novak @ Southlake Plastic Surgery. Having dedicated my full time working career as a Cardiac Surgery RN for 12 years… It was very important to me that my surgeon was very confident in his skills!! (& W/OUT a trace of self arrogance!!!) Dr. Mat Novak was just that!!! After asking him a surgical technical question… Dr Mat Novak sincerely answered my question. Plus then with a smile offered- “that’s why I did a 7 year Residency in this surgery”!!! In addition, I was looking for a Dr that was eager to listen, know my hopeful expectations post op!!! Before leaving, I felt Dr Mat Novak’s sincere commitment to fulfill my post op expectations, to the best of his ability!! I was happily very impressed!!! I also clearly knew that I had chosen the RIGHT surgeon!!! Adding in the wonderful office manager Kim… My Pre-op consult w/Dr Mat Novak @ SL Plastic Surgery was a Glowing 10 STARS!!!
