Case Details
This is a 67-year-old female who presented with concerns about the appearance of her nose. Primarily, the patient thought that her nose was “bigger” than when she was younger. She underwent a primary rhinoplasty to address her wide nasal base, bulbous tip, alar flaring, dorsal bump, drooping tip, and alar retraction. She is shown 1 month after surgery.
