This 76-year-old patient desired a full facial rejuvenation. She underwent bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty, facelift, facial fat grafting, and an upper lip lift. She is shown 6 months postoperatively.

This patient had undergone a blepharoplasty with another surgeon (non-plastic surgeon) 3 years prior. She was unhappy with the unevenness of her eyelids and was still having mascara rub off on her lids. She underwent a revision upper eyelid lift to even out and rejuvenate her eyelids.
