Case Details
This is a 55-year-old female who lost a significant amount of weight after a gastric sleeve approximately 10 years prior to her consultation. She was interested in improving her waist contour, loose skin of her abdomen, and she wanted fuller and perkier breasts. She underwent an extended abdominoplasty with 360° liposuction and an augmentation mastopexy with 310cc moderate profile silicone implants. She is shown 3 months postoperatively.
