This is a 32-year-old mother of three who presented desiring improved breast volume, a flatter abdomen, and a contoured waistline. She underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks and abdomen and a breast augmentation with 310cc full profile silicone implants. She is shown 6 months postoperatively.

This patient had stubborn areas of body fat and symptomatic breast enlargement (back pain, neck pain, and bra strap grooving). She underwent a two-stage extended abdominoplasty, 360 degree liposuction, bilateral breast reduction and buttock fat grafting. She is shown 3 months after the second stage.

This patient had multiple pregnancies and was unhappy with the loose skin of her abdomen and waist line. An extended abdominoplasty was performed with lower back and flank liposuction.
