There is no minimum amount required, but points will be available to redeem after you
spend $500 on procedures or $50 on products.
No, this will work in combination with the current program, and you don’t have to do a
thing!
You will earn 1% back for every dollar you spend.
The only exception is when you purchase gift certificates; you will earn points when you
redeem your gift card.
