Financial Policy
A consultation fee is required to schedule a surgical consultation with one of our surgeons. This fee is applied toward the surgeon’s fee if you are a candidate for surgery and choose to schedule your procedure.
If you need to cancel the consultation, we require a notice of 48 business hours to refund the fee.
Surgery Scheduling Fees: A NON-REFUNDABLE scheduling fee is required to reserve a date for surgery. This fee will be applied toward the surgeon’s fee. This fee cannot be financed. (Please refer to your surgical quote for specifics)
Med Spa appointment fees paid online are applied to the cost of your nonsurgical procedure. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a notice of 48 hours to refund the fee.
Gift Certificates have an expiration date of one year from the date of purchase. Package purchases will expire 24 months after the date of purchase regardless of what remains unused on the package.
Any other unused credits on patient accounts will expire one year from the transaction date.
